Between 1999 and 2009, Andrew Morganti litigated antitrust and shareholder claims in Washington D.C., and New York, New York. In 2010, he transferred his practice to Ontario to emphasize on access to justice, equity, and service clients on a global scale. He currently and previously represented investors located throughout North America, England, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, and Switzerland. Mr. Morganti manages the Firm’s North American litigation from Detroit, Michigan.
Andrew has handled virtually all aspects of litigation and has argued motions and settled complex legal disputes in the U.S. Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of Michigan, the California Superior Court in Los Angeles, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Between May 2009 and May 2014, Andrew served as one of the Vice-Chairs of Programs for the American Bar Association’s Class Action and Derivative Suit Subcommittee and is currently serving as the Co-Chair of the International Class Action Subcommittee. Between 2010 and 2011, he served as the Chair of the State Bar of Michigan’s Antitrust Division.
Previously in the United States, Andrew practiced law at the law firms of Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman, LLP (New York, NY), Finkelstein Thompson & Loughran, LLP (Washington, DC), and Miller Faucher Cafferty and Wexler, LLP (Ann Arbor, MI). He was also associated with Sutts, Strosberg LLP in Canada.
